Marie is a solo work that unfolds through a movement trajectory, charging the body with a subtle tension between precision and a slumped state. Within a defined performative space, simple actions acquire weight and substance. The work explores the representation of an atypical body and invites a direct encounter with it.

Hai Cohen is an independent creator, choreographer, dance teacher, dancer. Disabled, wheelchair user.
Founder and co-director, together with Michal Goldfield, of C5 Crip Dance Association. Founder and co-director of Vertigo Power of Balance - Integrated Dance Center (2000-2024). Graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School. Teaches contact improvisation in workshops and projects for dancers with and without disabilities, in Israel and abroad.
As a disabled choreographer working within the Israeli dance field, his practice is grounded in the belief that the visibility of atypical bodies alongside traditional models of the dancing body offers an opportunity to expand the discourse on movement, artistic creation, and representation in contemporary dance.
His works include Cave (2025), Chapters (2025), The History of Movement Limitations (2024), Geography (2024), among others.

Detached?Zuki RingArt
The piece unfolds within the tension between my connection to and detachment from Israeliness, shaped by my perspective as an artist born and raised in Israel, living in Berlin in recent years.
Nationality, language, traditions, beliefs – they all became embedded in the body, and then the body moved elsewhere.
Now, I discover them as raw, burning physical material within me. So I think about drawing near, or at least probing this distance.
I engage with canonical national physical practices such as folk dance and Krav Maga. Alone. With no partners in the circle, and no body of an enemy present.
Detached? creates a space to observe what happens to them within me, to observe the relationship between the body and Israeliness from the distance I chose.
Is there room for the Detached to speak from without and from within? And if not, then maybe to embody?

Zuki RingArt is a medium-fluid artist coming from dance and performance. Born in Givat Ela in 1991 and currently based in Berlin. Holder of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes scholarship. Co-founder & member of Ladybug Studio. He received his dance training at MASPA (2013–15, Ga’aton), VIDP (2015–16, Jerusalem), and later completed the B.A. program Dance, Context, Choreography at HZT – UDK Berlin (2019–22).
Since 2015, Zuki has collaborated as a performer with various artists and choreographers, including Narges Kalhor, Moritz Majce, Anne-Lie Andre, Smadar Goshen, Iris Erez, Uri Shafir, Hila Ben-Ari, Anat Shamgar, Shlomit Fundaminsky, Anat Dreamer, and others.
In 2020, he began working as a dramaturg, collaborating with the choreographers Or Askenazi, Rotem Weissman, and Johanna Ryynänen.
Zuki’s first work, present | tense (2018), premiered at the From Jaffa to Agripas dance festival in Jerusalem. His work Evening, co-created with Carmel Ben-Asher, premiered at the Intimadance Festival in Tel Aviv.
Since relocating to Berlin in 2019, Zuki has continued to develop his artistic practice as a creator, dramaturg, and performer—both in his own work and in collaboration with colleagues.
